Use these to hold .22 caliber blank bullets for targets on the rifle range, thanks to a tiny hole in the middle that lets you pin it securely to the wooden target stop. A TPU insert also helps prevent the target from snapping after impact and makes it simpler to accommodate slightly oversized rounds.
