I designed this mounting system for undertrays on my car to be super convenient. Essentially, they replace screws so servicing your vehicle from below is a breeze - just press the button to release the tray. I rigorously load-tested these mounting systems to a whopping 150 pounds and ran out of weights. The key factor in their durability is using a robust adhesive between the BB holder and outer housing. To add extra strength, I reinforced it by heating up small bits of paper clips and pushing them into the plastic from the side.
