Lost the wheel and axle assembly on a fishing trip. this not only made it cumbersome to move the cooler, the wheels act to stabilize the unit. Its a decent cooler and I couldnt toss it in the dumpster just because I lost the wheels. bought a 24inch 3/8 in threaded bar and associated hardware for less than $4 and now have a unique looking cooler. design 1 is 40mm wide. turned out to be too wide given the depth of the lock washers and nuts I bought. these would be perfect using a low profile or nylock nut. the others are derivatives at 30mm which was perfect. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 25% Filament: generic PETG any Notes: Originally printed in ABS, switched to PETG. both work well, but time will tell how they hold up. 4 perimeter layers and gyroid infill at 25% to aid durability.
