Printing this design requires careful consideration of material strength. For standard 1/4 inch peg holes spaced one inch apart, I suggest using toughened PLA or ABS for optimal results. PetG is prone to bending under weight, while standard PLA may be too weak to support the load it will bear. To achieve a sturdy print, orient the model so that layer lines run parallel to the pegs. This ensures structural integrity and reduces warping. Printing with full supports and a brim also helps maintain stability during the printing process.
