6Ah Ovonic Case - Accu Swap System

This is a case to fit an 6Ah 4s Ovonic (or similar dimentions) and make ist easily swappable.The Case Protects the Cells and includes a BattAir-Tag at the top.Materials:Upper and Lower Case (Printed)XT60 (battery side)3-4s BattAir-TagJST XH 5pin4x M3 threaded insert4x M3x30mmThe assambly sould be self explanetory by the Pictures.The XT60 connector requires a 2mm width recess on both sides witch has 2mm distance to the border (see pictue 5) and is at least 1mm deep. This is nessecary to fix the connector securely to the Case.If you don't want to use a BattAir-Tag you can simply lead the Balancer directly to the outside. It should be pretty easy to exclude the hole for the BattAir in the Blender-file.The Case was designt with die F550 in mind, but could be used anyware else...
