Here is a custom design, inspired by Thingiverse's idler gear #16627. Instructions to modify this creation: Set the following parameters to personalize it to your needs: Nut Angle: Change this from 90 to create various angles Pulley Bolt Diameter: If desired, alter to 10 for a change M3 Nut Depth: Zero is selected but feel free to choose another depth up to max of 4.5 Number of flats in m3 nut flaps - You can change that one Idler Height: Pick any height between .1 and 12 units as preferred Change the presence or size of an idler pulley if desired - No effect otherwise - It adds some aesthetic to model if there are two pieces - One is smaller than another so one is better visible at top part Main Pulley diameter (optional) Set a new main diameter in between M5 and 100 as you like it Add or subtract any amount of teeth you'd need up to total max tooth # 1997 from gear.
