67mm OD Omni Directional Wheels

First off, I'd be stoked if you liked these designs and found them useful - please do like, follow, and share my content! If you have any ideas or concepts to modify the content, I'd love to hear from you! Update: The 67mm wheel uses 4mm bolts throughout. I've also widened the hub, increased the size of the rollers, and improved the threaded hub insert for both wheel sizes. I highly recommend printing the 67mm wheel before trying out the smaller wheel. It would be awesome to see what's capable with a SLA/DLP resin type printer. I envision some cool variants of the main body to reduce material usage. In the works is a two-part roller that can be printed in two materials - for example, plastic and ninja flex - to produce a solid roller body with an outer layer that would have greater grip. I've removed the "work in progress" tag, though more updates will come soon! These omnidirectional wheels are designed for robotics projects and feature rollers mounted via M4 x 40mm bolts. The hub has been produced so that different shafts can be accommodated without changing the overall design. These designs are still a work in progress and are being optimized for FDM printing. They're currently suitable for high-res FDM/FFM type printers and SLS/SLA/SLM/DLP type printers. Ideally, I'd like to have these work well on a standard FDM/FFM printer operated by a user with minimal skills. The provided model is compatible with Dagurobot motor/gearbox shafts - for example, the one found here: http://www.dagurobot.com/goods.php?id=165 If you use this model, please do like/share/comment and let me know how it goes! I'm interested to see some printed parts from the 3D printing and robotics community. If you'd like advice on how to make a center hub to suit a particular shaft, just drop me a line and we can discuss the possibilities. It doesn't take long to modify the hub for another shaft size/arrangement.
