67mm / 2.5" Square Downspout Rain Diverter - Work In Progress!

I couldn't find a suitable rain diverter for my pipe size anywhere, not even online or in stores. I checked out various types and incorporated their best features into this design. Here's what it entails: The parts are as follows: Rain diverter, the actual one you'll be using, prints upside down with no supports. Threaded nipple, 1 inch hose compatible, threads onto the side where you need it. Threaded plug, threads onto the side where you don't need it. Hose Plug, a useful addition for winterizing, goes into the hose from the diverter when your barrel is removed. Clean out lid, covers the clean out hole in the diverter to prevent leaves from getting stuck. I recommend installing a screen upstream on your entire system. v1 - This design has yet to be tested, but a previous version worked great for me last summer. I made some improvements inside to enhance water flow and added threads to the nipples and plugs. I also strengthened where they connect to the diverter, which was a weak point in the old design. Since the older versions are still functioning well, I haven't printed the new one. This has been marked as a work in progress.
