66 Batmobile Derby overlay

This is a test that I created from larry009's classic batmobile design, and my goal is to fit it perfectly over a trimmed standard cub scout pinewood derby block and then race it. My printer has been delayed in shipping, but I'm looking forward to posting pictures if it works out. UPDATE 2/15/20: I revised the file because the original wasn't printable. Hopefully this one will work as intended. I split the main body in half, stood it up like the original file, and added support for extra stability. UPDATE 4/14/20: The updated files printed very well once they were received. Since my printer was delayed due to COVID-19, I had to hire someone else to print them out for me. There are a few modifications that needed to be made to the final print. I didn't think about how the derby wheels would fit into the existing wheel wells, so I had to carve them out to make room. A dremel with sanding cylinder worked really well for this task. Just be careful because it moves very fast. Other than the wheel wells, the car assembled nicely and fit within the size specs. I did have to take the derby kit block and cut it down to size so that it would fit the car parts over it, then paint it. I think the final results were very nice looking. Unfortunately, we weren't able to race the batmobile. Our derby was cancelled due to COVID-19 since it was scheduled for the end of March. I'll have to test its speed next year instead.
