EDIT: \r\n -Changed the Frame to be more print friendly (No supports needed).\r\n -Added a prop guard with 25 degree camera mount pitch for racing.\r\n -New Race Canopy Added. \r\n 01/10/20\r\n\r\nTHIS IS A 65mm MICRO WITH 40MM PROPS THAT WEIGHS 21G AWG!!!!!!!!!!!!! \r\n\r\n\r\nBack in the day when Tiny Whoops hit the market, the average weight was around 21-22g with brushed motors and tiny little 31mm props.\r\nIt's crazy to think that just a few years ago we could build what feels almost like a full size quad with 40mm props and brushless motors in a micro form factor at the same weight for indoor flying/racing.\r\n\r\nRemixed with one of my own designs to create the whoop that finally feels like a full size quad indoors. Very strong 4g Nylon Carbon Whoop Frame. The Mobula7 frame weighed in at 4.5g for comparison.\r\n\r\nThe frame should be printed with NylonX (Carbon Fiber), which is the strongest filament and has the best characteristics for quad frames. The battery holder was printed with TPU.\r\nDRY YOUR FILAMENT BEFORE PRINTING! ""If you need a frame printed, PM me. I will also customize the frame for whatever camera you're using"".\r\n\r\nThe frame and canopy were printed with 1 single outline and partial infill with two processes in Simplify3D. The factory files are included in the downloads.\r\n\r\nPARTS LIST:\r\nTiny Whoop 0803 19000kv motors: 8g each\r\n\r\nBetaFPV New F4 Flight controller (with power whip): 3g\r\n\r\nRKH 40mm 3 Blade Props Clear 1mm shaft: 2.5g\r\n\r\nBetaFPV M01 AIO Camera 5.8G VTX (Smart Audio): 3g\r\n\r\nTPU Battery Holder, M2 and M1.4 Nylon Plastic Hardware: 1g\r\n\r\nNylon M1.4-4 motor screws (see pic) https://solidspot.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=143_216_310_333&products_id=22160\r\n\r\nHardware:\r\n 4xM2x7mm for the prop guard\r\n 2xM2x4mm for the battery holder\r\n 2xM1.4 for the VTX\r\n12xM1.4 for the motors\r\n\r\nMy final weight is 21.5g AWG! Remove the motor wiring harnesses (hardwire to the FC) and antenna shield for 21g straight up. I chose to keep the motor harnesses for easy maintenance and the antenna shield for better reception.\r\nThe canopy if added for extra protection will only add 0.4g.\r\n\r\n
