The mount is crafted to snugly fit onto 4-slot 80mm aluminum extrusion, with holes spaced at precise 20mm centers, securely holding a 65mm diameter spindle in place.\r\n\r\nA specialized clamp bolt designed for M5 size ensures a tight grip, while the four holes are precision-cut for M3 bolts, utilizing Allen head fasteners.\r\n\r\nThis marks my inaugural attempt at designing a mount for a CNC spindle, and I welcome any suggestions on how to improve its functionality.\r\n\r\n**Update**\r\n\r\nVersion 3 of the clamp has been uploaded, featuring several key enhancements.\r\n\r\nV3 updates include:\r\n * Increasing the depth of the clamp ring from 10mm to a more substantial 15mm\r\n * Reconfiguring the recess for the two central holes by 2mm, thereby providing greater clearance between the bolt heads and spindle casing.
