A Custom Dust Show for a 65mm Water-Cooled Spindle. The design of the vacuum hose is specifically tailored to accommodate compact vacuums like the Stinger 2.5-gal wet/dry vacuum (WD2025) available at Home Depot (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Stinger-2-5-gal-1-75-Peak-HP-Compact-Wet-Dry-Vac-WD2025/100021998). The vacuum hose features a tapered fit, ensuring it is snug and secure in place. This design ensures optimal suction power without any air leaks. Two holes are strategically placed in the dust head to accommodate 3mm LEDs, providing additional illumination into the dust shoe area. Silver reflective tape has been applied to enhance available light within the dust collector. To successfully print this design, supports will be required and some post-processing clean-up will need to be performed. However, it appears to function effectively.
