65mm Drone Frame

This is a unique chassis unlike the usual one, we're doing something different and fun with our Tinys.\r\n- I recommend printing it in ABS since we have to glue some parts together and ABS sticks perfectly with acetone (photo 4), I apply acetone to ABS with the tip of a nylon brush or similar, parts glued with acetone join quickly and harden in just minutes.\r\n- Motor housing is sanded with a drill bit (6 or 7mm depending on model)\r\n- The pieces that form the "cage" are sanded with a square file until they fit perfectly (photos 2 and 3) \r\n- The motor cable protectors will be printed in flexible material (TPU) ....\r\n If it's not possible with TPU, we'll print it in the same ABS, but keep in mind that they've been designed to fit at pressure over motors and it's most likely we'll have to touch them up with a drill bit or sandpaper.
