65mm Drone Frame

This is a unique chassis that allows us to do something different and fun with our Tinys. - I recommend printing it in ABS since we need to glue some parts together, and ABS bonds perfectly with acetone (photo 4). I apply the acetone to the ABS with the tip of a nylon brad or similar, the parts glued with acetone come together quickly and harden in just a few minutes. - I scrape the motor housings with a drill bit (6 or 7mm depending on the model). - The pieces that form the "cage" are scraped with a square file until they fit perfectly (photos 2 and 3). - We will print the motor wire protectors in flexible material (TPU). If not possible, we will print them with ABS. Keep in mind that they were designed to be pressed onto the motors and it's likely they'll need to be retouched with a drill bit or sandpaper.
