I've built a dust shoe based on designs I found online, and it mounts on an 800w WC CNC spindle. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any free design that's exactly what we're looking for. The project is still in development, but I've shared all the source files so you can use and modify them to suit your needs. One thing that really stands out as a weakness is the area where the screw tightens - it's quite fragile and prone to breaking if not done carefully. If someone could figure out a way to strengthen this spot without adding extra weight, I'd be incredibly grateful. To assemble your own dust shoe: Import the DXF file into your preferred CAM software and specify your tool diameter as well as stock thickness. Next, mill it out yourself using a CNC machine. Finally, consider adding some brushes on either side or even plastic flaps to ensure efficient dust collection.
