I'm revamping a design that's been in the works for an intake temperature sensor adapter tailored specifically for my Mazda-powered Exocet. The specs are pretty precise: it's got a 64mm inner diameter and a 16mm bung-hole cut out for a GM IAT sensor. To finish the job, I'll need to carefully drill 3/8th NPT threads into that hole by hand.
