626 Bearing Shaped Object
thingiverse
You're looking at an actual 626 bearing right in front of you. Does it work? Yes, it does. But remember what you're printing it out of. For my purposes, which require a 626-shaped object to complete a design, it will do the job just fine. For yours? That's anyone's guess. Here it is anyway. In terms of dimensions, this bearing measures 6mm in height, has an outer diameter (OD) of 19mm, and an inner diameter (ID) of 6mm. The "balls" inside the bearing are 4.7mm in size, although mine ended up a bit more oblong than perfectly spherical due to the print settings. To get it working smoothly, I had to do some cleaning on the bottom of the balls and separate them using a pick before they unstuck. But eventually, they did come loose, and now one race rotates around the other nicely. It would likely perform better if you printed it with a nozzle smaller than 0.4mm and used a soluble infill that you can dissolve later. I recommend taking this approach instead of printing with supports and a 0.4mm nozzle, which is what I ended up doing.
