I attach my filament holder to the side of my CR-10 Mini, behind the right-hand side vertical extrusion. With a direct drive extruder, I need a way to guide the filament from the side over the top of the frame into the hot end. I had some 625ZZ bearings on hand but couldn't find a filament guide for the top of the frame that uses them. Taking inspiration from others, I set out to create one in Fusion360. Materials needed: * 2 M3x8 screws to attach to the 2020 extrusions; * 2 M3 T-nuts; * 3 625ZZ Bearings If you decide on a PTFE tube, you only need: * 2 M3x8 screws to attach to the 2020 extrusions; * 2 M3 T-nuts; * 1 625ZZ Bearing * 1 PTFE tube of the right length for your use case Insert the PTFE through the hole at the top of the arm, insert the arm into the bearing, and then the bearing into the base.
