623ZZ pulley for Prusa i3 X idler belt tensioner

I'm using a carefully dimensioned pulley as a perfect fit around a 623ZZ bearing and inside a P3Steel / Prusa i3 X-axis GT2 belt tensioner. I've incorporated it as the X-axis belt tensioner pulley for my upgraded Prusa i3 / P3Steel parts, as showcased in the pictures above. When inserting 623ZZ bearings into the printed pulleys, it's efficient to do so while they're still warm on the heatbed. For improved results, slice it using Slic3r and set the Seam Position parameter to Random to avoid a seam along the perimeter of the pulley. Additionally, the OpenSCAD sources are included for further remixing. Print in PLA with 40% infill and a 0.2mm layer height for best results.
