The 623zz bearing is an exact match in terms of dimensions to the MR105z bearing, which was originally designed by MarcoZ76. The only difference is a 3mm bore instead of a 5mm one. Fortunately, I had some 623 bearings on hand and swapped them into the bearing_holder_slider using a 16mm M3 bolt. This modification worked flawlessly in my extruder without requiring any changes to the installation instructions. Simply swap in the new slider and use a 16mm M3 screw with a square nut just like the original design specified.
