Human: Design Reason: The Coronavirus pandemic has spread globally, causing a significant surge in the demand for surgical masks. The price of common surgical masks has skyrocketed, making them increasingly scarce. To reduce consumption and protect loved ones, an alternative measure is necessary. Design Purpose: This design aims to prevent large droplets or saliva from escaping through the respirator while also slowing down the global mask consumption rate. By doing so, it hinders the spread of the Coronavirus, protecting those nearby. The New Outlet feature reduces viral particles emitted when breathing out by resizing the surgical mask's outlet. Viral particles rely on droplets to travel through the air and infect others; these droplets are significantly reduced with this design. If you're suspected of being infected with the Coronavirus, wearing a surgical mask is highly recommended due to its incubation period lasting at least 14 days without symptoms. Improved Outlet allows for the insertion of a surgical mask into a container with a gap between the respirator outlet and the external outlet, providing better breathing rates during exhalation (5mm). Replace the surgical mask every four hours (or longer if deemed necessary) to ensure it remains in proper condition and functioning effectively. Note that surgical masks do not offer 100% protection due to their penetration rate. - After each use, carefully clean the respirator as viral particles can survive for many days on surfaces, including stainless steel (up to nine days).
