I'm hosting a workshop on building Antweight Battlebots that tip the scales at just 150g and needed some custom wheels to complement my Micro Servos. A quick search on Thingiverse failed to yield the perfect design, so I decided to create one from scratch using Tinkercad. The initial hole was a bit too tight, requiring me to use a 3/16 inch drill bit to widen it perfectly to fit snugly onto the servo nub. Next, I plan to add some traction with rubber bands wrapped around each wheel. The printing process took place on my trusty Ender 3 using the default .2mm profile and without any supports.
