I found plenty of room for improvement after printing the first generation, so I added an elevated base to the fan holder and cleaned up the adjacent pieces to improve fit. This upgrade works beautifully to ventilate small areas or recirculate air and maintain a consistent environmental condition throughout the entire enclosure, which is exactly what I'm using it for. The fan enclosure's design allows for easy replacement because where I'm using it has a notorious tendency to kill them every six months or so.
