Mounts 12V 60mm fan onto Prusa i3 rework's metal frame to cool Ramps board securely. The fan is attached with wire ties, an essential component for 3D printing reliability. Another wire tie is used to firmly attach the whole setup to the metal frame. Other mounting solutions are less robust and fail to impress, giving users concerns about their durability. Plenty of room exists between the Ramps board and fan for wire routing upwards or downwards on the metal frame. However, owners should remain vigilant regarding potential wire interactions with the fan to prevent damage. The fan's connection is managed through port D9 since both Ramps and hot end fans are powered by ABS printer operations. It might be necessary to activate the fan within Marlin settings. Attention is drawn to a prominent bridge print, which requires precise control and may not yield success initially due to potential structural instability. The setup has been tested with a 0.3mm nozzle and 1.75mm ABS printing. Users are advised that failure at critical points in printing processes should be anticipated.
