This is actually the lesser-known 60mm variant of the more widely used 80mm fan grille designed by Rue Mohr. Unfortunately, I didn't create a remix, but I had to significantly revamp its construction to enable the creation of the equally less popular 40mm version, which isn't currently posted online.
