I created a custom 60mm fan grill for a project I'm working on right now. Here's the basic design of the fan grill. The centers of each hole are spaced 50mm apart, with each hole measuring 4mm in diameter. The overall thickness of the grill is 4mm, and the corner fillets are also 4mm to ensure a precise fit for your fan.
