Replace old versions with v2, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:469923. It adapts a 25mm thick fan to a 60mm x 10mm connector, reducing noise and increasing airflow. Extra tall variants (30mm taller) are also provided. For assembly, you'll need 4.5mm x 15mm screws for the 60mm side, 4.5mm x 30mm for the 120mm connector (4 of each), and 4mm x 30mm for other sizes. Ensure fans are 25mm or adjust screw lengths accordingly. Use heavy infill, particularly 75% to 100%, to support fan weight and screws. Consider flipping the model 180 degrees for optimal printing results (60mm side up, larger side down).
