I built this to cool my pla part. It also works great to cool both the object being printed and an E3D Hotend. A 60mm X 10mm computer fan works great and is much much quieter than the 30mm fan that comes with the E3D. If your going to use this to cool your E3D remove both the fan and the E3D shroud from the hotend. This was specifically built to fit this Greg's Wade Extruder for a prusa i3 The fin on the right side is there just in case you want to mount an led or some thing on there.
