60mm Bahtinov Mask for Orion Guide Scope

I was interested in creating a Bahtinov Mask to ease the focusing of my guide scope. I created the Bahtinov with a 40 degree angle which is similar to other masks I have for my main optic. I am still new to 3D printing and don't know the limitations of the printer quite yet, but the resulting part turned out rather nice. I have not tested the resulting part but hope it will ease the strain on my eyes when trying to achieve focus. I didn't really take any time to determine the inside diameter of the mask but did include a small feature that provides just enough friction to hold the mask in-place. Most of my observing is during winter months when the temperature is in the range of 10F-40F so hopefully there will be enough flex to accommodate the temperature effects between components. The fit is just right at room temperature. The final part turned out to be pretty nice, but If I were to print the part again I would switch nozzle's to a 0.2mm. Some of the corners between features did not completely fill with material. I also think the smaller nozzle would allow the mask features to be thinned further which would reduce the area being obscured by the mask. The part seems very functional none the less. Clear Skies
