Updated model to include flanges that securely keep the bearing in its place. This creation was made with Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0K8cLDM4vRc. The ideal printing method for this roller is using flexible filament. I've achieved successful results by using flexible PLA, printing at a heatbed temperature of 55 degrees Celsius and a nozzle temperature of 215 degrees Celsius. A print speed of around 30mm/s is recommended, with half the speed used on the first layer. The perimeters of this roller are relatively minimal, requiring a fairly accurate printer to achieve precise results. The roller fits a 608ZZ bearing, giving it a diameter of 25mm. The inner diameter measures 22.5mm, which ensures a snug fit for the bearing when forced inside the roller. On an accurately calibrated printer, these rollers can be used as replacements for delrin rollers.
