608zz bearing spacers - Pelican 1535 AIR wheels
thingiverse
If you have a pelican air 1535, you know the wheels and bearing on them suck. they are loud and rough on any surface. A common upgrade is to use rollerblade wheels to add comfort and silence to your life, however most rollerblade wheels come with a 608z bearing in them for the 8mm axles used in rollerblades and skateboards. the axle in the pelican case are 6.5mm, so theres a fair amount of play in the bearing when you swap which cause premature bearing failure as well as clunky rolling. on top of that you have to use washers for spacers since the rollerblade wheels are thinner than the factory pelican wheels. So i made these little bearing shaft adaptwers that work as a spacers as well as a clearance buffer for the bearings for smooth rolling. no supports needed, i printed out of PETG at 99% infill for strength, 15min print at most. you will need to print two sets, the file is one set for one wheel. ENJOY!
