prusaprinters
I needed some pulleys to make use of my ridiculous high ceiling in my apartment. I had 608z bearings around and sketched up this design. This is not meant for heavy applications! Use with care!I have tested these pulleys with 3kg of weight and there is no sign of damage or deformationBOMAmountPartInformation1608zz Bearing 1M3x10mm cylinder head screwDIN EN ISO 4762 or similar1BaseplatePETG or ASAPrint with high infill and with at least 4 perimeters1Bolt1Boltcap1BearingWheelMaterial and print settings don't matterxRope6mm or smaller2connectors for attaching to ceiling/wallCountersunk screw with 9mm head diameterAssemblyPrint all the parts and clean up corners and holes as necessary. Make sure the bearing can still rotate freely. Attach the pulley wherever you like, I recommend a stop-knot in your rope to prevent slippage.
