608 type (ZZ, SS, ...) bearing holder for aluminium extrusions

<p>A simple holder for 608 ball bearings which centers itself on the most common extruded T/V-slotted aluminium profiles with 8mm wide slots using M6 screws.</p><p>The part can be adjusted by downloading the FreeCAD file and change the dimensions to what fits your application. You can just delete the centering extrusions altogether if you need to mount it flat on a surface.</p><p>The hole is a bit larger than 22mm to account for shrinkage while printing. Standard tolerance 608 bearings fit in very snugly. Just add the spacer ring and mount it to your profiles.</p><h4>Print Settings</h4><p><strong>Rafts: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Supports: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Resolution: </strong>0.1 to 0.3</p><p><strong>Infill: </strong>50 to 100%</p><p><strong>Notes: </strong>Wall thickness is set to 1.67 because that's the value the Prusa Slicer uses when you print with 4 vertical contour passes at 0.2mm layer height and 0.45mm extrusion width.</p>
