I engineered this belt tensioner by modifying a new motor to fit an old sewing machine, using a 608 ball bearing as its foundation. I created it with the intention of making it useful for others, whether they're working on sewing machines or any other type of equipment, so here's my design! It's specifically designed to be printed without supports, allowing the optional mounting part to be printed separately and then attached using glue.
