The original 608 bearings have been replaced with thrust bearings for a more efficient performance. Although most 608 bearings aren't specifically designed for thrust, deep groove 608s actually have a good thrust rating. If you choose an M8 threaded rod for your leadscrew, you can use this design along with the provided Thingiverse link.
