What, another filament roller/holder? There are so many to choose from, so why waste time making a new one? I didn't find any filament rollers that used 608 bearings and had the features I wanted. This roller has those features: * Width is adjustable for various spools: ~36mm - ~70mm * Designed for integration of 608 bearings (skateboard wheel bearings) * Capable of handling various spool internal diameters: 24mm - 59mm * Adjustable/installed without tools * Doesn't become loose accidentally (flat contact side of threads) * Parametric model uses variables for settings which might need to be changed for customization Of course, now we have to mount it to something with a shaft diameter up to 8mm. I have mine on a piece of all-thread suspended over my printer with wires. I have a bunch of these bearings just laying around, so this seemed an okay use for them. Here is a link to the public document: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0b5fa5c9c1e58a034bfb9643/w/0c8141d7f1cc5e48775e238f/e/2dd7a5c8a4f517c0efe979aa In my shape, I have a thread gap of 0.7mm which works best for my printer (Creator Pro). Feel free to make a copy of the model and adjust it to work with your printer tolerances. With the current design, I needed to press in the bearings to my parts. If you have a more precise printer and find that the bearings are loose, you may need to make the bearing sleeve smaller. For example, my bearings OD is 21.96mm and my model has a bearing sleeve ID of 22.5mm but prints the part with an ID of 21.7mm. I had to press these bearings in with some moderate force to my parts. I also included files for FlashForge including supports. I print them with the threads down, so I only need supports in the center and not within any of the threads. I'm very happy with how this one works. Very tiny friction. I hope this works for you. Best regards, Dustin
