This is a spool holder I designed for my Ender 3, soon to be upgraded to direct drive. The print calls for two M8x30 bolts, two M8 nuts, two M5x40 caps, and two M5 nuts. It friction fits over the 20x20 extrusion at the top of the printer, with bearings that bolt directly into the spool holder. The bearings rest in the uprights, securely snapped into place for a solid feel. This design is very sturdy, with smooth-running spools that rotate easily. Print two uprights and one drum.
