This is a custom 608 bearing made from 6mm airsoft pellets, utilizing them as ball bearings within the shell. Snap-in covers are also included for added protection. Achieving the optimal tolerances required 11 iterations of refinement. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer Model: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No support needed Supports: None required Resolution: 0.200 mm precision Infill: Not used in this design Post-Printing Instructions: Assembly is a breeze, simply push the airsoft pellets into the bearing between the inner and outer shell. The first five should slide in easily, while the last two may require some gentle persuasion. Design Overview: This custom bearing was created using Fusion 360's parametric approach, allowing for effortless adjustments to dimensions for customization or tweaking with different materials.
