608 Bearing Pillow Block
thingiverse
Pillow block for 608 bearings. The outer diameter measures 22mm, boasting two 4mm mounting holes precisely spaced at 40mm apart. Measuring overall, it stands 50mm wide, 28mm tall and a mere 9mm deep. Notably, an internal lip serves to securely retain the bearing, standing 2mm thick with an internal diameter of 18mm. The rotation axis is situated 14mm above the mounting base. A single 608 bearing is required, boasting an external diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 7mm. Printed in PLA, this pillow block was designed for seamless integration with its intended bearing. A good tight interference fit was achieved by simply tapping the bearing into place - just be sure to line it up straight with the hole, protecting the bearing beneath with a coaster or piece of wood before giving it a few gentle taps.
