This is an upgraded 608 bearing mount, tweaked from Michael Broderick's original design for his Vertical Windmill. The modifications include shrinking the hole size for the bearings slightly as they were initially too oversized and adding a support lid at the bottom to prevent the bearings from falling out without needing large washers or similar components.
