608 Bearing / Chicago Screw Bushing
thingiverse
Bushing up a Chicago screw to fit a 608 skate bearing is a breeze. Just slap on some extra weight to give your fidget spinner a personality boost or dress it up with style. There's an alternative version of bushings that leaves room for additional weight underneath the Chicago screws, making it easy to balance out the spinner. Printing in bulk saves time and works wonders - even low resolution prints will do just fine. Since the parts are tiny, getting them to stick together is crucial. After Printing Grab a 7mm Chicago screw (or use a 6mm if you want it snug against the bearing). You might find that those screws throw off your spinner's balance, causing wobble and slowing down spin time. If so, consider using balancer bushings instead. Use a prop balancer like this one from Amazon to add weight to the indentations in the bushing and restore balance. Tungsten putty is an excellent choice for this task.
