608 Bearing Cap Flat

Just a simple flat plastic cap that fits 608 bearings perfectly. Check out my curved cap for a great grip and premium feel: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2246087. Read the bearing to determine what type it is. There are three files available, including 608ZRS, 608zz, and 6082RS. The 6082RS has the smallest diameter at .319 inches, while the 608ZRS is at .32 inches and the 608ZZ is at .325 inches. If your cap falls out or doesn't fit tightly, try going up to the next size. Conversely, if it's too big, go down a size. For optimal results, use a rubber mallet to tap them in firmly. Printer Settings: Printer: Afinia H800 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 50%-100% Notes: Print settings are mostly up to personal preference and knowledge of your printer. I print mine at 0.15 resolution with only 50% infill, but some people prefer 100%.
