608 Bearing Cap Curved

608 Bearing Cap Curved

I created a curved cap that feels amazing and provides superior balancing and grip for higher speeds. It fits perfectly in the thumb and is incredibly comfortable. Read the bearing label to see what type it is. Three files are posted: 608ZRS, 608ZZ, and 6082RS. The 6082RS has the smallest diameter at .319 inches. The 608ZRS measures .32 inches, while the 608ZZ measures .325 inches. In simple terms, if your cap falls out or doesn't fit snugly, try the next size up. If it's too big, go down a size. To secure them firmly, use a rubber mallet to gently tap them in. Print Settings: Printer: Afinia H800 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 mm Infill: 50%-100% Notes: Print settings are largely up to you and your printer knowledge. You can choose what works best for you. I print at 0.15 resolution with 50% infill, but some people prefer 100%.
