Here is a small test for a 607 bearing. The specifications are as follows: outside diameter: 22mm and inside diameter: 8mm, with a height of 7mm. Version one has a clearance of 0.2mm between the rollers and the rings, resulting in an unstable and somewhat loose fit. Version 2.5 reduces the clearance to just 0.1mm, providing a much tighter and more stable fit, with minimal play. A valuable tip is to lubricate 3D printed bearings with silicone oil, which greatly improves their performance.
