This is a 600TVL micro camera tilt mount for ZMR250 frame, SG90 servo controlled, designed specifically for FPV custom build quadcopter. The camera itself can be found in many stores (e.g. Banggood), boasting small dimensions (12.5x12.5mm) and an affordable price point that makes it ideal for beginners to learn the ropes. As a pilot with zero experience under my belt, I desperately needed a low profile design that could fit under FlySky receiver and still allow me to tilt the camera forward far enough to see the ground when hovering or landing. Since none existed, I took matters into my own hands and designed it from scratch in OpenSCAD. Before installing the camera, be sure to remove the microphone and any unnecessary audio cables (I replaced all original cables since they seemed too rigid). Then, mount it inside the frame using hot glue on the PCB edges, leaving enough space for proper cooling. It's a good idea to secure the cables as well, as the solder pads that hold them in place are relatively weak. Don't forget to use a 5V power source for the camera! For both the camera frame axis and servo-to-frame connecting rod, you can use 1mm piano wire or (like me) opt for wire from a straightened paperclip. Warning: In my build, ZMR's top plate is actually at the bottom, so be sure to check the position of the mounting M2.5 screw according to your build. The position can be changed by editing OpenSCAD source or you can simply drill new holes where needed. For flight controller software configuration examples, search "pitch camera gimbal" on YouTube.
