This pulley fits a standard type L timing belt with 3/8" pitch and 1/2" width. It features a 5/8" bore to fit snugly onto a 5/8" threaded rod. Users can easily modify the design to accommodate any desired belt width or bore size by making simple edits. A 6-32 grub screw, secured by a nylon lock nut, provides reliable holding power. I printed this pulley at 30% infill with 0.25mm layers, relying on precise layer alignment rather than brim, raft, or support material. To ensure accurate pitch, I experimented with various XY size compensation settings in Slic3r until achieving a perfect match with the belt (using -0.2 mm adjustment).
