A 60% reduction gear transforms a 5mm motor drive into a 3mm drive shaft, inspired by a Model Electronics Corp. SuperGear set from my R/C airplane days. The gears are pointy due to MakerBot printer tolerances, but they work fine for printed plastic parts. If you need a custom part designed, feel free to contact me.
