If you liked this and fancy buying me a beer - paypal.me/choldenbeerme After printing the brilliant Sick68 and using it for a while I needed to travel for work, so obvs i took the keyb. Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the join in the sick68 and my frankly poor workmanship which didnt help matters, it bent. It didnt break totally but the bend was enough to break a couple of my connections (again partly owing to my shoddy workmanship). So i thought id have a whack at designing something that wouldnt be so prone to breaking. This is designed around a 60% PCB but I havent printed it myself yet, I dont have the filament or the money to buy more right now. Potential Issues - I didnt have an actual PCB to work from so the tolerances may be a little tight, i havent added any wiggle room for the PCB so it would have to be the exact dimensions, personally i would give this a try anyway as i love a good snug fit, but you may need to add an extra mm or two. The standoffs may not be complete or totally functional, ive not built before using pre-made stuff so i wasnt sure of the exact dimensions of these or their exact purpose. So you may want to adjust these, or if you can leave a comment for me to adjust that would be fantastic. I gave some extra room for the usb but again without an actual pcb to test, i dont know if its right.
