60-80cc Motorized Bike Velocity Stack Intake Carburetor Cover

I once again thank fedejones for this filter cover design. I used it in my previous design, the turbo fan system for the 60-80cc bike. I also thank MusicCityMetalcraft for the velocity stack design. These are not my designs as these two made them, but I combined the two to make this model. This is the 60-80cc motorized bike air intake design, used to increase air intake efficiency, causing a boost of horsepower and torque. The curve in the top of the stack helps push air down through the hole into the carb, rather than the stock cover most bikes come with, which just takes air in. There are two models- short stack and long stack. The longer stack boosts horsepower and torque at higher RPMs meaning more speed than acceleration gained. The shorter stack boosts horsepower and torque at lower RPMs meaning more acceleration than speed gained. This thing is designed to use no air filter, or a modified air filter from the stock carb. Either install it with no filter and take risks of debris going into it, or take the stock filter and cut it into a thin slice, preventing bigger things from entering like pebbles or bugs, but won't stop dirt or sand or anything smaller from going in. EDIT: added a hexagon shaped filter- file from Spacehoq. This will keep large to mid size debris from entering into the carb, once again, like bugs, pebbles, small car debris, etc. Thank you for the design to be used. The filter is either snug enough to fit onto the stack, or if it is too big, must be glued down. No matter what, it still works. FINAL EDIT: She works like a charm. I think I gained an extra 3-10 mph, as I roughly went 27-35mph on flat ground. The only issue is, is if it's too tight, the choke adjustment system will get stuck in the place it was set to. Overall, it works really well and gets me faster. I'll add a new cover that hopefully does not get the adjustment stuck. Please, someone let me know if it works and you can move it. Thank you.
