Human: A compact, ergonomic carrier designed specifically for round glass bottom dishes that can be easily positioned on a Nikon Epifluorescence microscope stage. The primary objective was to create a solution that would facilitate the lab's movement of petri dishes as a single unit and enable faster imaging of cells from multiple petri dishes. 3 mm screws can be utilized in smaller holes for securing the dish from rotating and enhancing image quality through better stability. Future plans: I intend to modify the screws with an alternative design or rotate the holes/threads to improve screw grip on the petri dish, resulting in improved imaging capabilities.
